This month we're bringing together two of the most forward thinking social advocacy groups in Austin for a combined happy hour: America's Future - focused on youth leadership and actualization, with a lens toward civic responsibility and building toward an optimistic future. American Conservation Coalition - focused on advancing the environmental cause through market-based policy and advanced technology, building toward a livelier, more responsible, more ecological society. Our guest speaker will be Miguel Walker of Positive Energy and Passive House Austin, speaking on the Passive House building technique and the power it holds to improve occupant health, lived experience, resiliance, and environmental impact. We'll start with a casual social, Miguel will speak starting around 6pm, and we'll follow that up with Q&A and discussion. We'll have snacks care of ACC, and America's Future will be sponsoring drink tickets for everyone who registers via EventBrite, so plese do RSVP here.
