Jessica Catano CMT Is a Therapeutic Massage Therapist and Birth Doula, for over 20 years, owner of Jessica's Peaceful Journeys. Jessica is trained as a Mindfulness Coach and Yoga Facilitator. Certified as a Sound Healer Practitioner and Practitioner of Vibrational Therapy. This sound bath will be held in Alameda theaters and Cineplex. Entry will be at "The back stage door of Cinema Grill" This location has Recliners and Rocking chairs. Bring your own blanket. You may bring a neck pillow and eye pillow for more comfort. These items will be for sale, as well. Vibrational sounds on the gong, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls performed by Jessica Catano Special guest artist: Tina (Bean) Blaine on percussion.
