Please join UC San Diego ACTRI Center for Community Health and POC Fungi Community for an evening of inspiring conversations on community food justice. This event is hosted at the beautiful Sherman Height Community Center, a pillar of the community since 1994. Enjoy a fun night of viewing short films, eating good food, and engaging in discussion on community food justice, fungi, and Indigenous foodways. Mario Ceballos of POC Fungi Community will lead a cooking demonstration.
