Join me on this walking tour to learn about Inman Park, Atlanta's first suburb. We start with the removal of the Muscogee, the Hurt family farm, through the Civil War, and into the formation of East Atlanta Land Co and the development of Inman Park in 1890. While the panic of 1893 stalled some plans, the neighborhood became home to Atlanta's white elite and their homes still stand today.
