Treat your best friend to a day out! St. Andrew's UMC is holding our first Pets' Day Out, celebrating the special place pets have in our lives. Dogs can check out our Bark Park and make a new friend. Or you can adopt your next best friend! Pets of all kinds can receive an individual blessing at noon. Entry is free. We're collecting for pets in need - bring cans, kibble, or cash! Our special guests include the Greater Charlotte SPCA with adoptable dogs, Reflections by Rhiannon pet photography, Invisible Paw Prints with therapy dogs and information on having your dog tested and registered, and a pet food drive sponsored by Gail Penny and Associates Real Estate. We'll have family friendly games and activities, including piñatas, and you can grab a hot dog lunch while you're here. We'll also have sno-cones for humans and puppuccinos for dogs! Make a day out of it and join the fun!
