Bio 2 of Denzel Hill My name is Denzel Hill, and I am the creator of Sol Food, a nutritional education brand under the umbrella of Under One Sun Creative Consulting. In 2017, I experienced an injury that fully pushed into changing the way that I feed my body. A torn Achilles was the eventual end of my football career, and it inspired me to discover the deeper understanding of my health issues. I was at a point where I had several sicknesses/illnesses/autoimmune conditions that I was unsure of the root cause. Simply put, I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. Discovering people like Doctor Sebi and Aris Latham, viewing documentaries like What the Health and Game Changers, and educating myself on fasting for encouraging the body towards a more efficient rhythm for healing. Through my curiosity I consumed enough education will step into a new understanding of food. Eventually I found myself connecting with food on a level that I was missing out on, because I was fully convinced from my education that food could indeed be medicine for my body. I started to go to the farmer’s market more, and cooking fully plant-based meals, experimenting with ingredients in ways that I never thought to put together. I developed a consistent routine around my new eating habits and started to see the results of my changes, and now I am here to help motivate others into their better selves. Now who is ready for Sol Food? This is a hands-on workshop where participants will be making their own dish. Families are encouraged to participate as a whole, including their children between the ages of 4-18. This workshop is designed to promote family unity and togetherness through healthy eating.
