Coach Ris and Coach Tay, owners of The Double Dutch Swing Squad LLC are excited to offer Double Dutch workout classes! This is an adult only class.
Sign up for a 75 minute class, open to all levels plus modifications will be provided.
Best part? You can join us if you don't know how to double dutch, we are here to teach you!
Attendees must be prompt! If you're more than five minutes you'll be unable to participate.
