The Observatory Hill House Tour is back for another year, showcasing the unique stories personalities of over 15 homes and businesses in the neighborhood. This year's tour will take place on June 25th, 2023 from 12 Noon to 5 p.m. Guests will have the opportunity to explore Observatory Hill's charming homes, each with its own unique story. From the Bonvue Street Revitalization Project homes to Waldorf Street and Richey Avenue, Judges Row and Acorn Hill, visitors will have the opportunity to step back in time and experience the homes and gardens, and get to know their current residents. The tour will also feature a special treat for guests - samples of spirits and craft beers courtesy of local distilleries and breweries. Additionally, food trucks and local establishments will be present during the tour to keep hungry guests satisfied. Tickets for the Observatory Hill House Tour are on sale now for $18 pre-sale, or $20 on the day of the tour. The tour will start at the Five Points Business District (3917 Perrysville Avenue) and will travel up and down Perrysville Avenues via Molly’s Trolley’s, stopping at convenient intersections. We are excited to introduce our VIP Tour option: You will travel with a dedicated guide to a select number of the properties where you will get expanded insight and stories from the docent! These tickets are extremely limited. VIP Tour are for an 11 a.m. sharp start time and will last approximately 65 minutes, once the VIP tour is complete you will be able to tour the remaining properties! "Each home on the tour has its own character and architectural charm, and we hope to inspire visitors with our can-do attitude and enthusiasm for our neighborhood." Don't forget to wear comfy shoes as most houses are surrounded by green space and streets can be a couple blocks long.
