Our 7th Annual Community Day titled "Kingdom Day." This event is a fun, family-friendly event hosted by The Pittsburgh Kings and Queens and Serenity Living Transitional Home. Across both programs, we service over 125 youth and families. This event easily attracts over 200 people per year. It is a community festival where several teams play in a flag-football tournament; we offer pony rides, face painting, a bounce house, a concession stand, vendors, food, music, and more! There is no fee to enter the event. This "ticket" is a vendor pass to sell your product (not food or drinks) at our event.
Terms: This is an outdoor event. The Vendor fee is $40 or $30 for PKPQ or SLTH participants. All Vendor fees are nonrefundable unless the event is canceled. Vendors must provide all items needed to run their table, including a 6ft table or smaller, a tent no bigger than 10ft. x 10ft., and a chair. Only one business is permitted per table; set-up for this event is between 8 am and 10am. No vendors will be allowed to set up after 10am, and there are no refunds for late arrival. Vendors must close at 3:30 and clear the premises by 4:30 for permitting purposes. No food, snacks, or drink vendors are allowed. Please understand these terms are to create structor for the event. If you cannot agree to these terms (specifically the set-up time and fee), we understand and would be happy to have you join us for another event. Thank you!
