Join us for an evening conversation on stress, trauma, and building support for each other as we head into summer. Our students have been exposed to school shootings, hate graffiti, and the ongoing impact of the pandemic. It can be hard and lonely figuring out how to help them through it. Alfonso Ramirez, a Cleveland High School parent and Trauma Informed Schools expert, will talk about the impact of trauma and stress on behavior, relationships, and learning, and discuss the power of community to support students. YOU will have the opportunity to ask questions, explore your strengths and uncover ways to better support your students this summer and into the next school year. All parents & caregivers within the Cleveland cluster are invited. Please indicate Childcare & Assessibility needs on registration form. Please RSVP for this event on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at 7:00 PM at Cleveland HS. Sponsored by CHS Parent & Caregiver Equity Group.Questions? Reach out to us @ [email protected]
