This hands-on workshop will introduce participants to this remarkable group of plants featured in Eric’s recent publication Trees with Edible Leaves. Cold-hardy species will be profiled, and participants will engage in a small group exercise featuring many promising cold-hardy wild species not included in Trees with Edible Leaves.
