ABOUT OUR EDUCATOR Christian Fentress, Brand Specialist AND Fred Baker, Market Lead Christian Fentress, Brand Specialist: Prior to joining The Macallan Commercial Team, Christian held positions as Wine Director, Sommelier, and Manager at illustrious locations such as The Baccarat Hotel, Morrell Wine Bar & Café, and three-star Michelin-rated Masa. He started his career at The Walt Disney Company in Orlando as guest experience manager. Furthermore, Christian attended Johnson & Wales University and is a certified Sommelier, Specialist of Spirits and Beer Server. Fred Baker, Market Lead: Fred is a dynamic sales professional with strong background in the spirits and hospitality industry. Prior to joining The Macallan, Fred sold craft spirits for Allied Imports as well as Empire Merchants. Fred holds a degree from Cornell University’s Nolan School of Hotel Management specializing in Beverage Management. Our private classroom seats up to 15 attendees.
