Connect and enjoy vibrational sounds, energy work, and meditation. Sound practitioners & Reiki energy healers Cassie and Stace will take you through a healing and alignment session using different sound healing modalities (chimes, crystal pyramid, drumming, authentic Chinese gong, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, ocean wave drums, rain sticks, different musical set a frequencies to heal, connect, and align, etc.) Cassie will be channeling support for divine healing treatment with connection to your higher power at a deeper level, as you cohesively reset and calm your nervous system. Cassie and Stace will also be working on attendees individually during the sound bath. Everyone leaves feeling elevated! These are a true favorite. Bring: A yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. Some people bring crystals to meditate with. Class size is limited, so grab your spot early! When: Sunday-May 21st!
