CSC, in collaboration with St. Elizabeth Integrative Oncology and Incubator Kitchen Collective, are excited to bring you a NEW monthly Saturday cooking demo! Each month, a talented chef will demonstrate different recipes, which you will get to enjoy during the class! Our Cooking Demos are led by chefs and certified dieticians and offer hands-on experience preparing clean and easily replicable meals for overall nutrition and wellness.
