A Very Hungry Book Club is a summer reading club for children age 7 - 11. This book club will meet on Tuesdays from 2 - 3:30 PM at the Taylor County Extension Office (1143 S Columbia Ave, Campbellsville, KY 42718). We'll read through five books, eat through six snacks and, unlike the very hungry caterpillar, do it all with friends! Angie Freeman, Family and Consumer Science Program Assistant, will teach us how to make a nutritious snack. The schedule and weekly book selections will be announced soon. Weekly registration is required for participation. Please sign-up only children ages 7-11 who will participate in the program. For Week 1 we will discuss what you're currently reading or like to read in general. It's okay if you're not a big reader! If you plan to sign up for future weeks, your book will be available at the previous book club meeting (starting on Week 1) or available for pick-up at the TCPL front desk.
