Free to attend, with no vendor fees and no purchases/donations required to participate; this event is sponsored by Eccentric Eastman Energy and includes presentations from counselors, advocates, and community service organizations--as well as local artists and entrepreneurs--sharing the arts and our hearts with testimonies, live entertainment, and visual displays. VENDOR GUIDELINES: ~THERE IS NO VENDOR FEE. If anyone claims otherwise, they are attempting to scam you. ~Setup can begin anytime after 8AM. ~Parking and booth spaces are first-come-first-serve. Please do not use handicap parking unless you or your passengers are legally disabled. ~You must check in with the person in the green cowboy hat to be recognized as a vendor. ~You may set up anywhere on the grass on the west side of the park EXCEPT: -under permanent pavilion -under gazebo -concrete slab connected to gazebo -equipment setup area near gazebo -sidewalks -playground gravel -parking areas ~Canopies with weights, folding tables, and chairs are recommended. ~I am not responsible for injuries, illnesses, damage or loss of property, or financial reporting. That's between you, God, and Texas. COUNSELORS/ADVOCATES/ORGANIZATION GUIDELINES: ~Vendor Guidelines apply to anyone setting up a booth. ~If you would like to present a speech during opening ceremony, you must be signed up by 9:30 AM. Sign-up sheet will be at the gazebo. ~Please bring weights and/or tape to display printed information to avoid litter. MUSICIAN/PERFORMER GUIDELINES: ~In order to ensure equal opportunity for anyone who feels inclined to express themselves on stage--and to reduce stress on the hosts--WE WILL NOT BE BOOKING BANDS/ARTISTS IN ADVANCE THIS TIME! ~Open jam format. Sign-up sheets will be available at gazebo. ~PA system/mics will be available for use. Performers must provide their own instruments, equipment, cables, rugs, props, etc. ~Time limits per act may be imposed depending on participation level ~Bands may perform together, with respect to open-stage guidelines.
