Join us for interactive conversations about the Red Oak TX-PACE program. Learn how Texas Property Assessed Clean Energy (TX-PACE) is lowering operating costs and financing energy efficiency, water conservation, distributed generation, and resilience upgrades in commercial and nonprofit facilities in Red Oak and across the state. Hear more about Red Oak's first TX-PACE project - B&B Theaters. This workshop is a unique opportunity to learn about the TX-PACE financing mechanism and how it can benefit your business or property. PROPERTY OWNERS: Business and nonprofit property owners now have a viable long term, 100% financing mechanism for permanent energy and water efficiency upgrades with no out of pocket expenses. LENDERS: The workshop will provide local banks and credit unions an analysis of the Washington County PACE program and how local lenders can take advantage of this program to assist their customers and attract others. CONTRACTORS, ARCHITECTS & ENGINEERS: The workshop is a unique opportunity for contractors, architects, engineers, and property or facilities managers to learn how to design a successful PACE project that enables your customers to upgrade their properties and use the energy and water savings to pay for the improvements. Speakers will include Clinton Woodward, President of the Red Oak Area Chamber of Commerce, Lee McCleary, Director of Economic Development for the City of Red Oak, and Charlene Heydinger, President of Texas PACE Authority.
