Create your very own unique rag quilt from fabrics of your choice. This class is for intermediate level sewing skills. This cozy, gorgeous quilt can be a great gift, statement piece, or decorative home item. Students' will choose their own fabric (please arrive early or come the day before to choose fabrics!) and design aesthetics with help from an expert seamstress artist instructor. • Total Hours: 6 Hours Total, Two afternoon sessions to work on and complete rag quilt Class will be Saturday, July 22, 3:00pm-6:00pm, day two of class on Sunday, July 23, 9:30am-12:30pm • Price Includes: All materials, use of tools as needed, expert guidance. Finished quilt • Age: 18 + • Difficulty: Intermediate - Some sewing skill required, Must be able to thread and sew on a sewing machine • Take Home: 44x55 lap rag quilt. You pick your fabric from the fabric shop. Notes: Please arrive a few minutes early to pick out fabric or come the day before to choose. Bring sewing machine. Rotary cutter, cutting mat, cutting rules, marking pen, thread, 2 pre-wound bobbins and spring loaded ragging scissors .
