It's time to Paddle! Come and enjoy the evening on the lake with Compass Point home of Dirty Girl Adventures! Kayaking is a great way to connect with friends both old and new. Spending time in nature is a great way to unwind and relax. We will provide all of the gear, instruction and a guide on the water for safety and comfort. We hope to see the eagles while we are out on the water. Lake Shawnee is a great place to paddle and is perfect for beginner kayakers to gain experience. Thursday June 12th Check in time: 5:45pm Paddle time: 6:30sh - 8:30ish Regular Rental: $45 Club Rental: $35 Regular OYO - bring your own kayak: $30 Club OYO: $25 Location: Lake Shawnee - Specific directions will be emailed to you 24 hours before the event. Bring: SNACKS, WATER, beverages of choice, snacks, a hat, water shoes or old tennis shoes, towel for the ride home - soft sided coolers fit best into/onto the kayaks Wear: comfy clothing that can get wet, swimsuit Dirty Girl Adventures Event Refund Policy: Refunds are given up to two weeks before the date of the event when requested by emailing us at: [email protected]. After that refunds are not given unless there are exceptional circumstances. Dirty Girl Adventures may reschedule, cancel or modify an event due to weather or conditions. Everyone will receive a refund if the event is cancelled. We will paddle and hike in cool, rainy or snowy conditions. Cancellation only occurs in severe weather or other dangerous conditions. What are you paying for? It's more than a rented kayak, it's an experience! We will lift and haul all the gear you need for your adventure. We will provide instruction, support, guidance and safety information before and during each event. We will be there with you for the duration of the event doing our best to help you remain comfortable and engaged in the adventure.
