Our partnership with Harley Davidson Twister City is allowing us to host this Free event and we are so thankful and beyond excited! We are extending our invitation to caregiving management teams and agency owners as well as pastoral leadership teams. The purpose of this workshop is to have a round table discussion about how to better support your employees and volunteers to avoid burn out and high turnover rates. As we come into tornado season as well as addressing all tragedies in our community it's important that leadership teams really focus on their action plan to stabilize their programs. Emily and her instructors are here for that community support and education. Emily has been a fierce advocate in the community for special needs and medically fragile as well as victims of natural disasters. Professionally she brings a wealth of information and resources to the workshop as she has been in the helping field for nearly 25 years. Personally as a military spouse she has supported the communities that they have lived in after tornados and hurricanes. In 2020 her family lost nearly everything in Hurricane Sally. Now putting both head and heart knowledge together she is excited to be able to support each community who are wanting to connect. Come tell us what resources you want to see in your community !
