This 6-hour self-defense training is the beginning for some and a continuation for others of your self-empowerment journey. We will learn practical and basic strikes to get out of chokes, grabs, and bear hugs. We will go through a variety of ground survival situations. Assault situations on the ground, against objects, and with and without weapons will be addressed. At the end, we will use a home setting to understand the importance of improvised weapons and setting up your home and work for defense.
12 and older. No experience is necessary. All levels of physical activity and fitness are welcome.
