We can’t stand around knowing that premature birth is the #1 killer of babies in the United States. In support of March of Dimes. Here is your chance to do something special. How can you help? Join us Saturday, May 20th from 8 am -11 am at Rose Rudman Park. With your support Join us by signing up as a walking team and or as a Vendor. Please Sign up as a Vendor under this eventbrite page. Vendor Setup begins at 7:30 am. Non- Members of the Health Me, Healthy Baby Coalition are required to pay a Booth Fee of $25 at the time of Registration. We are asking all vendors to bring their own Tables, Chairs, and Tents. Below are the Responsibilities of Vendors. Thank you for all your support. RESPONSIBILITIES OF VENDOR: a) Vendor is responsible for providing tables, chairs, and other items necessary for their booth. b) Vendor is responsible for set up, take-down, trash removal, and any other costs associated with their booth, displays, and other materials used. Their site is to be kept in a neat and orderly fashion during the event. c) Vendor is expected to be present to set up 30 minutes prior to the start of the event. The vendor is expected to maintain a presence continued until the end of the event. d) Vendor acknowledges that the event is being held in a public space and therefore all goods or services must be displayed in a family-appropriate manner. TEXAS WIC, NetHealth, MARCH OF DIMES, CHRISTUS, OR ZETA PHI BETA SORORITY INC. reserves the explicit right to require any vendor which items TEXAS WIC, NetHealth, MARCH OF DIMES, CHRISTUS, OR ZETA PHI BETA SORORITY INC. deems to not be appropriate and must be removed or concealed e) Vendor expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TEXAS WIC, NetHealth, MARCH OF DIMES, CHRISTUS, OR ZETA PHI BETA SORORITY INC. from any and all liability for any occurrence prior to, during, or following the event. f) Vendor is solely responsible for obtaining any licenses or permits necessary for the sale or display of goods. g) Vehicles may not be parked on grass areas. Vehicles must be legally parked in designated areas. Vendor assumes full responsibility if they cause any damage to the grassy areas. h) No food items may be sold to the public unless approved and/or inspected by NetHealth (Health Department). However, donated food items may be offered to picnic guests as long as they are prepackaged and not expired. i) Neither TEXAS WIC, NetHealth, MARCH OF DIMES, CHRISTUS, OR ZETA PHI BETA SORORITY INC. nor any of its officers, directors, or agents may be held responsible for any actions of vendors, nor for any losses or damages that may occur in connection with vendor's participation in the the event.
