On behalf of the Orange County Inland Empire Small Business Development Center Network and our partners, we invite you to join us for the grand opening celebration of one of the newest small businesses in Yucaipa: Metal Kitchen Food Truck! Join us for a ribbon-cutting ceremony and more as we support Metal Kitchen Food Truck in its official launch! Agenda: 2 p.m. — Grand Opening and Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony 3 – 10 p.m. — Grand Opening Celebration: Join us for food specials, live music, raffles for Metal Kitchen merch, and more. Experience our specialty burger: THE WAR PIG BURGER🤘 1/2 lb. beef patty, bacon, pulled pork, IPA beer cheese, fried egg! This is a seasonal burger not on our everyday menu. About Metal Kitchen Food Truck: Our truck is more than just a place to eat. We strive to bring a high-quality gourmet food experience — no heels, ties or reservations required. Metal Kitchen blends amazing food and loud music, providing diners with an unforgettable experience. We grind all of our meat fresh using a Metal Kitchen priority blend of 100% beef achieving a near 75/25 blend ideal for texture and flavor. Our fries and chips are hand cut daily — no preservatives, just fresh-cut potatoes. To insure consistency and quality, we make as much as we can in-house, including our double-smoked bacon, house-brined pickles, zesty pickled jalapeños, and the majority of our sauces. Keep your eye out and you may catch a special, including our homemade kimchi rice buns or the Behemoth WARPIG burger.
