Filipino Foods 102 Cooking ClassFilipino food is the "hot & New" Asian food that everyone loves! This is a follow-up to Maricel's Filipino 101. You do not need to take the 101 class to enjoy this class. Take both and just enjoy the flavors and the fun! This is a hands-on class and together with Maricel you will make a meal of Filipino Favorites Lumpia Shanghai - Filipino pork spring rolls that you will not be able to stop eating. Pancit Canton - Pancit are noodles and Pancit canton are the Filpino version of LoMein noodles. Filipino Chicken Adobo - A Filipino favorite stew where the chicken is marinated in soy sauce vinegar and comes out super tender and delicious. Turron - a Filipino Sweet Bannna Egg Roll covered in caramel. In this class, you will taste how the Asian and Spanish flavors come to life in Filipino Food - making it the hottest cuisine in the USA. This class is perfect for cooks of all skill levels from beginner to pro. Due to limited space and the upfront costs of food, our classes and events are only refundable 7 days before event start date. If within 7 days of event start date you are unable to attend, you are more than welcome to transfer your seat to someone else. The event organizer has the right to cancel class within 3 days of event start date if a minimum of 3 attendees is not met.
