This Mental Health Awareness Month, the LA County Office of Violence Prevention is partnering with Department of Parks and Recreation and Department of Arts and Culture to host two healing-centered events for LA County Youth ages 12-17. Youth will participate in self-expression workshops led by local artists that use a holistic approach to promote healing and social connection. We are excited to welcome the following local artists: Thursday May 18th (George Lane Park in Antelope Valley) African Soul InternationalBoyle Heights Arts ConservatoryYouth ages 12-17 are invited us to join us on Thursday May 18th at George Lane Park in Antelope Valley.
