Hey INDY! Grab your hiking shoes and meet us out on the trail! You'll want to bring a journal and water (or in my case, coffee)! Here's what to expect: ~ Circle up for meet n greet at the trail start! ~ Hike the trails ~ At the midway point, a coach will lead us through a mini-coaching session and discussion. Meeting at the Ornithology Center. We will meet in front of the Ornithology/bird sanctuary area.
