Lone Star College-Montgomery will be hosting the Maverick Summer Success Institute where *incoming first time in college students will connect with executive leaders and CEOs from key industries. This event will prepare students for Fall 2023 class registration, new student collegiate orientation, as well as participation in leadership seminars and career development workshops. Students will have an opportunity to have personal interactions with leaders who have built multi-million dollar businesses as well as take an excursion to the Houston Executive Business Corridor near NRG Park. We are looking for 30 ladies and 30 gentlemen from multi-ethnic diverse backgrounds to take part in this institute. Students will be able to enter a drawing to win key prizes as well as the join Men of Distinction(winner of the President's Award 2023 for top collegiate success program), the TRIO, Maverick Outpost and Student Success Institute programs at Lone Star College-Montgomery. To qualify for this leadership institute see details below; -Be an incoming freshman for Fall 2023 prepared to attend the Montgomery campus located in Conroe/Woodlands. -Must apply to Lone Star College by June 2. -Must have *ALL official high school transcripts, test scores, and shot records submitted by *June 5 by 12pm. -The Leadership Institute Application is due *June 5, 2023. Participants are required to be present for the full institute each day.
