Celebrate the changing of the seasons with this beginner-level hike. This 2.6-mile loop generally takes about an hour to complete and has some great views of Turkey pond. The beginning of this trail can get pretty wet, so wear waterproof boots/shoes if you have them! Click here to view the trail map. Directions: Take I-89 to exit 2, turn left off the ramp onto Clinton Street. At the first blinking light, turn right onto Silk Farm Road. The entrance to the McLane Center is on the left. Most trails begin at the trailhead near the kiosk. Spaces are limited. If you sign up but are unable to attend, please cancel your registration via Eventbrite or email [email protected] to let us know so that someone else may join. Thank you! Make sure to wear comfortable walking shoes/boots, layers suitable for the weather, and bring along some drinking water. Children under 18 are invited to participate if they are accompanied by an adult for the duration of the trail. Dogs are not allowed.
