In the ancient world, Greece was once one of the foremost producers of wine. However, in contrast to the country’s important wine heritage, modern Greek wines are only recently reaching the rest of the world and they're now in Castroville, Texas. Our Chef is creating great appetizers for the tasting and our Bistro is open for dinner! Our wine bar will be flowing off the four tasting wines and open till 9:00 pm for our VIP guests.
