Are you interested in electrifying your home and don’t know where to start? Do you want to learn about the benefits of electrification? Switching to electric heating and cooking equipment creates safer homes and communities for generations to come. The Pacifica Climate Committee, 350 Silicon Valley and the City of Pacifica are partnering on a workshop that will share information about why to go electric and how to take advantage of newly available rebates, incentives and financing. Attend our workshop and learn how to start your electric home journey. The program will feature speakers from Building Decarbonization Coalition and the City of Pacifica, as well as speakers who will discuss financial incentives from Peninsula Clean Energy and the Inflation Reduction Act. You'll have an opportunity to talk to community members about their experience with electrification, and to try an electric induction cooktop.
