Plate & Platter is a supper club that values great food, great barbecue, and great experiences. These all being made possible by great people. This event is the kickoff of our Summer Pop-Up Series! More dates to come! Please allow us to host you for this one of a kind National Barbecue Month celebration! Our speaker for the evening will be award winning journalist, author, and barbecue historian, Jim Auchmutey! The evening will start off with an awesome discussion on the history of barbecue. Followed by supper! You will feast on a wonderfully curated buffet of sides and sweets that compliment the buffet of barbecue we are also preparing from you!
