This class is about natural movement from the inside out. Every inhale lifts, opens, expands, and creates space. Every exhale moves you further along, softens, settles, and leads you into that new space. That feeling of lifting and softening, moving further along, going somewhere is exciting and energizing. The stretches are gentle and intuitive leading into a restorative sound bath that settles and grounds. Leave feeling relaxed and ready for your nighttime routine. Please bring- yoga mat, bolster or pillow anything comfortable or cozy that you want to lay on or use to support the experience. A few extra mats are available. Dress comfortable or in pjs if you like! This class now includes an assistant- the wonderful Loriann who will support kids as parents relax in class. All are welcome. Looking forward to seeing you
