For our Guest Chef Dinner Series, our Head Chef Dustin Burnett partners with regionally and nationally acclaimed chefs to create an evening you will only experience at Shred Monk. Together, they create a unique 5 course meal with beer pairings at each course.
This month we welcome Chef Scott Myers. Chef Myers is the proprietor of Backcountry Dining, a private chef service here in Big Sky Country. A graduate of the esteemed New England Culinary Institute and a former Executive Chef at the Gallatin River Lodge, Scott aims to turn homes in Bozeman, Big Sky, and beyond into 5 star restaurants sourcing local ingredients and drawing from 25 years of experience. We are excited to bring him into the Shred Monk kitchen and do the same for you.
Doors open at 5:30pm, dinner starts 6:00pm.
