Description

The Peter and Mary Muth Interpretive Center will be open and will have family activities and opportunities to learn about nocturnal animals. Short moon hikes guided by Newport Bay Conservancy Naturalists will be offered weather permitting. Our special guest will be Jeff Gray from NASA’s Night Under The Stars Program in association with the Orange County Astronomers who will offer moon and star viewing with his EEP telescope projected onto a screen. Minors aged 16 and younger must have a legal guardian present at all times. Parking and event are FREE. Space is limited, so registration is strongly recommended.
