Ben Kauffman is the Executive Chef at The Federal Reserve Bank in Kansas City. His culinary background includes a wide-range of culinary styles and flavors, from New American (Room 39, the Hilton President) to upscale Greek (Paros Estiatorio). The meals he creates are straightforward but progressive and focused around locally-sourced seasonal ingredients.
