Please join us to hear the results of the Pinal County Community Health Needs Assessment and to engage in interactive conversations about the health needs of your community. Where do we need to focus our efforts over the next few years to improve health and wellness? Come advocate for your clients, neighbors, and community. Discussions will lead to the development of a Community Health Improvement Plan with priority areas, goals, and objectives to measurably improve the health of our community.
