Join Polk Hoops for the First Annual Alumni Tournament at Polk State College!!! Polk County High School alumni from 2013 and back will compete in a double elimniation tournament for trophies and bragging rights! - Registration per team: $200.00 - 8 teams Double Elimination Bracket style play - Must have graduated from high school 2013 and before Lake Wales, Lakeland, Auburndale, Winter Haven, Haines City, Frostproof, Bartow, George Jenkins, Kathleen, Lake Gibson, Mulberry and more!!!
