Join us for an exclusive wine tasting / educational evening hosted by Michael Klaus of Carmela Wines. This experience will take you on a tour of select Portuguese wine regions as you taste along. You can expect to learn about the various components that contribute to the overall character of each wine tasted such as aromas, acidity, fruit character, tannin, etc. Michael Klaus is a fine wine specialist for Carmela Wines, a Michigan distributor of both imported and domestic fine wine. Carmela focuses on boutique, family-owned producers with a commitment to craft, sustainability, and terroir-driven wines that reflect their place of origin. Whether you’re a wine enthusiast or simply looking to expand your wine knowledge, palate, or collection this intimate tasting is sure to be an educational experience!
