This event is hosted by a wonderful church right in the heart of beautiful North Wales borough. This 30 minute donation class will incorporate breath awareness and gentle body movement to tune in. Following the movement, we will close with a brief meditation. We will explore a simple theme or intention (e.g., breath focus, witnessing the mind, or mindful imagery) that can often be absorbed both on and off the mat. Gratuities are appreciated, but not required. This is a recurring summer event and 10% of any graciously accepted proceeds will be given to Wissahickon Trails at the end of the season.
