DisruptHR is the rebellious future of HR. It’s an idea exchange designed to energize, inform and inspire people who work in HR. We’re going to rattle your cage, make you think differently and give you an HR experience like no other. How it works You show up sometime between 3 and 4 o’clock for some networking — or socializing, whatever you’re into, you do you — and snacks. At around 4 p.m. the speakers take the stage to drop their HR knowledge and maybe some mics too. They each have five minutes to talk about whatever they want, as long as it relates to HR. These aren’t your basic HR topics. These are the HR topics you talk about at happy hour after the seminar. Sales pitches aren't allowed. Halfway through we’ll take a break so you can catch your breath, check your email, post a selfie (#disrupthrkzoo) — like we said before, you do you. When the speakers are done you’ll have time to connect with the speakers, the Keyser team and everyone else. Who should attend HR pros — obvi. But also CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CMOs (really anyone with the letter C at the beginning of their title) and anyone who wants to disrupt HR at their company.
