3.1 Convention: An annual convention will be held to debate, discuss, and reassess CWATU’s platform and CWATU’s constitution. All CWATU members are welcome. Only voting members may vote, and non-voting members may attend and speak at the convention. Non-member friends of CWATU are welcome and may speak at the convention as well. Speaking preference will be granted to members.
