Get ready to join Farrah from Bonacoris's for an amazing night of charcuterie! Learn the art of making the perfect salami rose, kiwi star, cheese train and salami river! Learn proper placement and techniques that allow you to fit a ton of food on your board and still have them look amazing! This charcuterie beginner class teaches you all that and more. Sampling of food is encouraged. Bonacorsi's supplies all the food (variety of meats, cheese, fruits), disposable 10 inch boards, cutting mats, cheese knives and display boxes to take your creations home in. Each board you make will have enough food for 6-8 people to snack on. I hope to see you there!
