Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of 7 Crystal Bowls spanning the chakras, complemented by other sound healing instruments. This session will consist of a short, guided meditation followed by an extended Crystal Bowl Sound Bath. This sound healing experience will bring you on a journey that supports your physical and emotional well-being. *Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled so that we may start on time. Doors will be locked at 7:05pm. Dress in layers for warmth. There are some mats, blankets and bolsters to use at the studio while supplies last. Comfort is key so bring whatever you need for maximum comfort.
