Take part in training, through Montgomery County and the Maryland Department of Health, where you will learn how to SAVE someone from an unintentional, life-threatening poisoning related to the ingestion of opioids. If you are concerned about a friend, family member or an associate with an opioid disorder, this training is for you. Nalaxone is a prescription medication that reverses the affects of an opioid overdose. Participants who successfully complete the training will receive a FREE Nalaxone kit via mail or scheduled pick up time.
