Hello Mothers, Daughters, Sisters, Aunts! Please allow Laura and Kristina to guide you in cleansing, grounding, and awakening you to your true feminine essence. During our time together, we will enjoy movement, meditation, and relaxation. We will journey through your physical, mental, and emotional bodies to release whatever is no longer serving your feminine purpose. Kristina’s collection of instruments span several octaves and align with the 7-charka system and sacred solfeggio frequencies. During the sound mediation, you may feel and hear multiple notes and overtones from her amplified metal singing bowls. In honor of the feminine, she will be weaving in the element of water by playing her dolphin singing bowl, rain stick, and thunder and ocean drums. She will also incorporate sounds and vibrations from her 3 gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, rattles, shakers, and tongue drums. Laura’s healing hands will provide you with gentle support. She will assist in circulating your stagnant energy and removing emotional blockages. The loving support she offers is truly one of a kind. Please arrive 10 minutes early. Parking is available on site. The studio has plenty of props to make you feel comfortable. Please feel free to bring anything additional to help you relax.
