Resistance, Balance, Mobility
With the help of bands, Jillian will lead you through a total body workout to strengthen your muscles, improve mobility and stability. Please come prepared with loose fit clothing and a yoga mat. This class is great for all ages. The class will be an hour long with 30 minutes after class for attendees to ask the instructor any questions that come up.
Jillian has been a member of the co-op since 2018. She holds her bachelors degree in psychology and education with a concentration in applied behavior analysis. She a is certified personal trainer and nutrition coach since 2006 through NASM with a specialization in corrective exercise. She is also a licensed massage therapist in the state of Massachusetts since 2011 with a specialization in orthopedic massage and oncology massage. She holds another certification as a lymphatic drainage technician helping both cancer survivors as well as people needing help with extreme weight loss. She received her yoga teacher certification from Kripalu in 2013.
