Cheryl Strzemienski - A twenty five year veteran in the restaurant industry Chef Cheryl Strzemienski started at a bagel shop! A leader in a cult classic restaurant, Chilis, for twenty years, harkening back to the "I want my Baby Back Rib" era! Multi faceted she loves the experience of great food. From flavors, to portions, to presentation she makes food an experience. Charismatic with awesome personality Chef Strzemienski formerly hosted a Food and Wine party, creating dishes like Seafood Ravioli in a Sage Brown Butter Sauce, to Lingue Wellington- a beef Wellington inspired dish using farm raised beef and beef tongue. Cooking with love and wellness in mind Chef Cheryl is an avid Yoga enthusiast. Each year she takes her love of flavors to the Yoga studio she works at. She leads practioners through a wine and chocolate pairing after a special class. This year included a homemade raspberry truffle. Paul McHenry - Catching the culinary bug in his youth, Chef Paul McHenry gradually developed his skills then elevated his studies in his 20s. With critical influence from his parents to include fearlessness from his Dad and creative flavor profile mastery from his Mom, Chef Henry delivers boundless creations of all types. Marinades, sauces, apps and meats, pushing the limits of palates challenging individual preferences. Versed in Asian, Italian, Authentic Mexican and Southwest cuisines. Chef Paul has worked at multiple restaurants, including his own Cafe and now is the Production Director for a local "family to bottle" sauce company in Warrenton, VA.
