Join us for a guided meditation and an immersive sound bath intentionally using song bowls, gongs, rattles, bells and chimes. Natasha and Lee have been hosting sound baths together for about a year, and are both versed in various healing arts. We use this time to be reflective and honor the beautiful gift of motherhood. The event is open to all genders. Please bring water, a mat to lay on, pillows and blankets for extra comfort. Doors open at 6:30, and the event will start promptly at 7pm. The sound bath will be 60 minutes long, while nestled in the heart of Vertex Climbing Center.
