Hello vendor, and welcome to the Amador Mimosa Market! We are excited to have you participate in our event. Please review all of the information below. It will provide all of the information you will need for this market. Each Vendor will receive a $10 Amador gift certificate to use towards your brunch food and drink purchase. There will be a mimosa tent on the lawn where you can put in your food order with the bar tender.Set-up time starts at 10 am • The event ends at 3 pmNO REFUNDS - In the case, you are no longer able to participate, you are allowed to sell your booth space. The Amador and event organizers are not responsible for keeping track of MLM policies such as, but not limited to, no more of the same company at an event. Please sign up at your own discretion.🌟 REQUIREMENTS 🌟You must share the event on all of your socials and invite your people to the Facebook event: https://fb.me/e/HtLH9VIU The more eyes that see the flyer and know about the event, the better🅿️ PARKING & VENDOR ENTRANCE 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️Vendors, please park on the side parking lot (corner of S Water St and W Bowman Ave.) The big gates will be open for easy load-in and load-out. Please reference the map.🌞 SETUP & THINGS TO BRING📦 We will start setting up at 10 am.Please be mindful of space. Booth space can be up to 10x10. No large gaps between vendors since space is limited.Please bring your own tables, pop-ups, seating, umbrella, and any other sun protection you may need. Please bring your own sandbags or weights for your popup tent. ⚠️⚠️⚠️ AS PER THE AMADOR’S REQUEST - ABSOLUTELY FOR NO REASON ARE STAKES TO BE PUT ON THE GROUND. Doing so will FORFEIT your participation at this event WITHOUT a REFUND. ⚠️⚠️⚠️There will be outlets throughout the property. Please bring your own extension cords and be mindful of other users. SHARING IS CARING 🤗If your vendor neighbor is alone, let's help each other out and look out for their booth if they get up to use the restroom or whatever it may be.You are allowed to sell homemade food goods but must follow the New Mexico Cottage Law.All vendors must clean up after themselves.
