The Round Rock Library Public Library will host a tween book club and author visit in June. Tweens are invited to read the book, Arrow, and then meet author Samantha Clark. Preregister to join us in the second-floor children’s program room.
BE A TREE HERO: THE SCIENCE BEHIND ARROW
Samantha M Clark’s novel, Arrow, might be fantasy, but every piece of magic is based on science. As a child, a little bit of magic went a long way in her learning science. In this STEAM presentation, the author shows the research she did for the book, how trees communicate with each other, and why we should all be tree heroes.
Please Note:
Registration is required and starts Thursday, May 4, 2023, at 6 pm. A limited supply of books is available for registered attendees. The book is also available for check-out with your library card.
